SiS 645 Chipset

The P4S333 Series with the SiS 645 chipset supports the most advanced socket 478 processors up to 2.4GHz and beyond, including Willamette and future Northwood (0.13u) processors. In addition to supporting high-bandwidth DDR 333, unique MuTIOL® technology increases the bus speed between the north bridge and south bridge to 533MB/sec, for enhanced system performance.

SiS MuTIOL Technology

SiS MuTIOL technology, the new bus architecture, connects SiS 645 and SiS 961 together, and delivers 533MB/s bandwidth between North Bridge and South Bridge and even up to 1.2GB/s for South Bridge internal bus frequency.

Enhanced DDR333 Performance

Enhanced performance for Pentium 4 with DDR 333MHz support and increased bandwidth up to 2.7GB/s.

Front Audio (on audio model only)

P4S333-M provides a front panel audio connector to support standard front panel microphone and headphone usage, if your chassis supports.
