System Integrators (this is not a retail product).
Now there's an affordable way to enhance your PC's 3D/2D graphics and
video performance with ATI 3D Charger. With ATI 3D Charger you can quickly
and easily upgrade the graphics and video capabilities of your 486, or
Pentium system. Based on ATI's 3D RAGE IIC and with 4MB and 8MB
configurations, you'll enjoy improved 3D/2D graphics and true-color video
playback in all your Windows and NT applications. ATI 3D Charger is
available in both PCI and AGP versions and supports ATI-TV WONDER, the TV
Tuner add-on board.

offers accelerated support for 16.7 million colors at up to 200 Hz refresh

Experience full-screen, full-motion video playback. 3D Charger's MPEG
video support has horizontal and vertical scaling for smooth true-color
video in any graphics mode and full frame-rate playback in Windows 95 and
Windows 98.
Supports ATI-TV Wonder
3D Charger supports ATI-TV Wonder, the intelligent TV tuner and video
capture board that'll change the way you watch television forever. The
ATI-TV Wonder card lets you zoom-in on the action, watch instant replays,
capture video from your television or camcorder or watch PC video clips.
Flexible Memory Configurations
Available in variable memory configurations with either 4MB or 8MB,
letting you decide how much power you need. 3D Charger is available in PCI
and AGP versions.
