ON-DATA ID815 采用最新i810/i815芯片组，为GMCH(FW82815)及ICH(82801AA)/ICH2(82801BA)组合，内建2倍速AGP整合绘图显示功能，不必外加显示卡就可以轻松建构系统，并且采用标准ATX
Form Factor规格，支持主流ATA 33/66/高速传输模式、PC
133内存，并提供自动工作外频，三组3.3V之PC133 SDRAM插槽，可支持高达512MB之内存容量；采用Socket
370插槽设计，支持Intel?最新封装技术之FC-PGA CPU及全系列Celeron?
PPGA CPU；可支持4个USB埠（另两个可选），让所有相关的计算机外设配备能更具弹性及扩充性。ID815内建AC'97
CODEC Avance ALC100软件音效芯片, 同时具Line-in、Line-out、麦可风输出等连接端可连接任何音效装置；另外，在扩充方面，ID815具有5支
PCI插槽、一组4x AGP插槽，可外接4x AGP绘图显示卡，以满足消费者对高阶绘图显示产品的需求，扩充性能相当充裕。在特殊功能方面，提供网络/调制解调器远程唤醒、键盘密码开机、STR(Suspend
to RAM)以及BIOS设定，ID815的工作频率是由主机板自动侦测，无论使用者所安装的是66MHz、100MHz或133MHz。
