CEO Mr. James Chen established CODE Technology Co., LTD. Major Manufacturing & Processing---Motherboard & related Peripherals. Major Production was OEM for ASUS. Signed the contract with ASUS. Sales Amount: US$ 1.24 million/M.

■1994
For expending the productivity, CODE added the approved certificate DIP Processing Lines (US$ 280 thousand) to the factory. Signed the Long Term Co-operation Contracts with Gigabyte, Microstar,

ACER, ASUS…
Involved in manufacturing the Motherboard, Add-On Card & PC Equipment. Actual Growing Percentage: 151.61%.

■1997
Enhanced & expanded the finance system. Established the management standards & indications. Increased capital US$ 2.4 million. Bought more buildings (US$ 5 million) as the manufacturing factories & management center.

Established PRETECH ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. for the special strategical alliance & involving in manufacturing on M/B, Pre-System, Multimedia System Developed the factories manufacturing affairs (Taiwan & China) aggressively. Take the sole duty to develop the international marketing. Developed the 3C integrated products & CD-ROM.

■1998
PRETECH bought its headquarter in Taipei Far East Century Park (US$ 535 thousand) to manage the TPE & China plants production and developing the international business.

■1999
PRETECH added US$ 4.8 million for the capital. Enhanced the formal & integrated Pre-System, Multimedia System (3C integration), PC System factories. Extended the Motherboard manufacturing lines.

■2000
PRETECH keeps the brilliant development in manufacturing on Pre-System, Barebone, M/B. In the System market, PRETECH launches into the professional & potential manufacturer on PC Whole System, Book PC (Slim Size) & 3C Multimedia System.
