● An additional Peripheral Power Connector *
SL-85ERV/SL-85ERV-L adopts an additional Peripheral Power Connector (the
power connector that HDD adopts). Users who installed already an ATX2.03
compliant power supply can use the +12V power Connector designed specially
for P4 mainboard. For those who use a non ATX2.03 compliant Power Supply
(for example, users that upgrade their mainboards from PIII to P4), they can
take advantage of the Peripheral Power connector instead of buying a new P4
Power Supply. This design helps users reduce the cost when upgrade their
systems.
* For P4 processors faster than 2GHz, we suggest users adopt the ATX 2.03
compliant Power Supply.
