for use with Pentium® II or Celeron®
processors and features 4 bus master PCI slots, 2 168-pin DIMM sockets
and the popular ATX form factor.

The P6E40-A4 is
positioned towards the basic-PC segment, yet has many other functions to
enhance its value, including Hardware Monitoring and Wake-up on Lan
features.
The ATX form factor allows for more efficient system assembly with
built-in mouse, serial and parallel port connectors.
