processors, and is based on the VIA Apollo Pro+ chipset for maximum
performance at a cost-effective price!

The S3AP-A(n)
provides support for the new Accelerated Graphics Port (AGP) ,
which offers a theoretical peak transfer rate to 528MB/s by using
"X2 Mode". The S3AP-A mainboard features built-in Sound from
the ESS PCI Sound Chip, supporting Software Wavetable Synthesis. If
users prefer to buy one without audio support, S3AP-An is the choice.
The ATX form factor allows for more efficient system assembly
with built-in mouse, serial and parallel port connectors. S3AP-A and
S3AP-An support the traditional ATA-33 interface.
